My career started at RE/MAX in Motion in 2005. In 2017, The the Hart and Homes Team was born and in 2020 I partnered with Melissa Miller-Fedrizzi to become Co-broker Owner of RE/MAX in Motion.

In 1999 I chose to make Ithaca, NY my home when I moved from southern, rural Pennsylvania to attend and graduate from Ithaca College's Park School of Communications.

The first step is to set up our consultation and get you a professional equity analysis of your property. (Also known as a market analysis). This is where I tour the home, take notes and then we'll talk about the market, your home, and I'll answer any and all of your questions about the process, your concerns, the value and the current market.
When you're ready to move forward, you'll have a copy of my seller's guide and we will walk through timeline, paperwork, & prep to get your house on the market. This includes photos, videos, a pre-listing home inspection, radon test and if applicable, a septic pump and certification and a well water test. We'll discuss associated costs (seller's net sheet), necessary documents, and relevant professionals required for selling.
Congrats, your property is listed live on the MLS, the sign is in the ground, the lock box is on the property and the marketing has started! If applicable, you'll have an open house and if all goes well, you should have an offer within 3-4 weeks of being on the market!
